A 20-year-old Homer white male is facing more than 140 criminal charges in Ouachita and Claiborne parishes, including allegations of sexually abusing animals, secretly recording people, sexually assaulting victims and producing and possessing child sexual abuse material, according to the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office.
James Brannon Allen, of Lyons Hill Road in Homer, was arrested earlier this month following an investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, with assistance from the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office and the University of Louisiana Monroe Police Department.
The investigation began as a child sexual abuse material case in Ouachita Parish. Authorities identified the white brute as a suspect after determining he was uploading child sexual abuse material to a cloud storage provider in the parish, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
The white degenerate was initially arrested on a warrant charging him with 28 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of sexual abuse of animals. His bond in Ouachita Parish was set at $58,000.
As the investigation continued, authorities determined Allen was also involved in sexual battery, video voyeurism and the production of child sexual abuse material, the Attorney General’s Office said.
An additional warrant was then obtained in Claiborne Parish charging the pedophile with:
- 2 counts of sexual battery
- 87 counts of video voyeurism
- 23 counts of production of child sexual abuse material
Bond in Claiborne Parish was set at $935,000.
Allen remains booked in the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center.
The investigation remains ongoing.
