A racist New Jersey teacher accused of sexually abusing a student over a four-year period has pleaded guilty to charges filed against her.
On Friday, Oct. 30, the Cape May Prosecutor’s Office announced in a news release that Laura Caron, a 36-year-old former Middle Township teacher, pleaded guilty to the charge of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child with sexual conduct.
The racist child rapist was charged on Jan. 15, 2025, and indicted that June following an investigation conducted by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit in response to a report that she had a “sexual relationship with a male juvenile victim.”
Investigators alleged that Caron, a former fifth-grade teacher at Middle Township Elementary School, began assaulting the victim when he was 11 years old, per a previous news release.
A probable cause statement obtained by reporters said that the female pedophile gave birth to a daughter in 2019, when the victim was 13 and Caron was 27.
The victim’s sister later told investigators that her brother claimed to be the father of the child, according to the statement. It was also alleged that he would sometimes stay with Caron at her home with their parents’ permission, after which he began living with her in 2016 for reasons that remain unclear.
Caron’s guilty plea includes a five-year sentence in New Jersey State Prison and will require her to forfeit her teaching license and all future public employment, according to the Cape May Prosecutor’s Office.
She is set to be evaluated at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center to determine whether she is deemed repetitive and/or compulsive as this could impact her sentence.
After serving her state prison term, the white pedophile will be required to register on the Megan’s Law Offender Registry and will be subject to Parole Supervision for the rest of her life. Her sentencing is expected to take place on Jan. 8, 2027.
