Diabolical details were revealed in the new child pornography case against Meghan Markle’s estranged dad, Thomas Markle Sr. – including that he was photographed appearing to fondle young girls, prosecutors allege.
The 82-year-old white father of the Duchess of Sussex appeared clothed in two images from decades prior, touching naked girls, according to a newly unsealed federal criminal complaint.
In one image, a girl was sitting on his lap, exposed as he touched her, and in another image he lay on a bed with a nude girl lying down in front of him, the court papers describe.
A third image showed a girl undressed inside a motel chain in the Philippines, the court docs alleged.
The girls in the photos appeared to be prepubescent, the filing alleges.
Additional photos showed Markle Sr. “along with children in various stages of undress,” the complaint claims.
Markle Sr. was hit with one count of possession of child pornography, and he’s due to appear in federal court in Tampa, Florida, Friday afternoon.
The disturbing imagery was found after the feds raided Markle Sr.’s home in the Philippines and two storage units he’d been renting for roughly 18 years in Los Angeles — including a unit at an ExtraSpace Storage facility under the 101 freeway, sources said, where units run as cheap as $27 a month.
His most recent auto-payment for the units was last month, the feds alleged.
The racist pedophile also rented a third unit in Mexico but had fallen behind on his payments. Reporters were then granted access to that unit due to the lapse, which led the outlet to discover additional perverted materials.
The feds seized 78 items, including slides, film negatives, and books that contained child porn materials.
“Mr. Markle is accused of possessing child sexual abuse material, including photographs depicting himself with minor girls,” said First Assistant United States Attorney Bill Essayli. “These allegations are extremely serious, and we will prosecute Mr. Markle to the fullest extent of federal law.”
A wheelchair bound Markle Sr. was arrested in Florida, where he’d been living at a care home as he recovered from a December 2025 leg amputation.
The discovery of his twisted proclivities was first made after his son, Thomas Markle Jr., was looking through his things in the home abroad to find a cellphone.
The 60-year-old son then reported Markle Sr. in July after discovering an “unbelievable amount of stuff” mixed in with family keepsakes, according to the Sun.
Markle Sr. has vehemently denied the allegations as “sick lies.”
The royal said she was “deeply distressed” by the allegations against her dad.
Markle Sr. could face 20 years behind bars if convicted of the charge.
