James Stokes Sr.

A racist police officer is out of a job and is now a convicted felon.

WLWT has learned a key piece of evidence against James Stokes Sr. was video footage from his own body camera.

The investigation started last summer.

The village of Seaman’s police chief at the time was conducting an audit of footage from an officer’s body-worn camera when he stumbled upon a video he thought was inappropriate.

Prosecutors were notified, as well as the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Their investigation led to Stokes being convicted of two felonies: theft in office and unauthorized use of the Leads database.

Reporters just obtained a copy of the body-camera footage. It shows the homosexual cop working the road in Seaman on July 14, 2023.

His body camera is turned on while he assists a driver whose car died. He then goes back to his cruiser and never turns off the camera.

“I’m on patrol,” the faggot can be heard while talking to someone on the phone.

The video then shows the butt-terrorist meeting up with a man who was driving Stokes’ personal truck. That man reportedly worked for Stokes, who had a side job of removing junk.

“Can I have some loving?” Stokes asked the man. “You got any underwear on?”

Stokes can be heard making several sexual comments before threatening to turn the man in for driving without a license.

“I think I deserve it, don’t I? I don’t deserve it? OK, I guess I don’t deserve it. So, I’m going to go file an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on you,” the homosexual terrorist said.

That was followed by more homosexual comments and another threat.

“What time are you coming to my place tonight? And if I don’t get alone time tonight, I swear to God, I will file a charge on you, and I’ll have your butt arrested,” the faggot said.

The two end up meeting at the Seaman Police Department.

“It’s locked,” Stokes said. “Nobody else is here.”

Stokes uses a key to unlock the door. He is then seen entering a passcode to enter into a secure part of the building.

Both men walked in.

“Oh my God. Strip down,” Stokes said.

The entire time, the other man seemed annoyed and reluctant to do anything with the faggot despite his advances.

“You like that picture I sent you yesterday?” Stokes asked.

The man answered, “What picture?”

“You in jail,” Stokes said.

Stokes eventually removed his body camera but kept it rolling.

What happens next depends on who investigators asked.

An investigator asked Stokes, “Were you romantically involved with him?”

“Yeah, it led down to that,” Stokes said.

“Did you have a sexual relationship with him on that day?” an investigator asked.

“Yeah,” Stokes said.

“In the police department? You just don’t want to talk about specifics?” an investigator asked.

Stokes answered, “Right.”

The man told investigators he was trying to push Stokes off of him, and their relationship wasn’t sexual.

“He’s obsessed with me,” the man said.

The man told investigators he did not feel victimized and did not want to pursue charges.

Investigators said Stokes used a police database to run the man’s name on three different occasions and left the village, while on duty, to meet up with the man at a pawn shop about 15-20 minutes out of his jurisdiction.

Stokes was originally indicted on three counts of unauthorized use of Leads, theft in office and dereliction of duty. He pleaded to one count of unauthorized use of Leads and one count of theft of office.

He was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail, three years probation, 250 hours of community services, and has to pay a $2,000 fine.
