Racist closeted homosexual “manosphere” streamer Clavicular lured a 17-year-old to his family’s $3 million Cape Cod mansion and plied her with booze on camera before raping her — kicking off a months-long toxic entanglement that included allegations of exploitation, an unwanted, meth-laced injection and defamation, court documents reveal.
Clavicular — a self-described “looksmaxxer” whose real name is Braden Peters – was charged on Sept. 8 with rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor for the Massachusetts assault on May 23, 2025.
The date, location and charges of that incident appear to match accusations made by Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza in a separate civil lawsuit filed against Peters in Miami-Dade County in April.
Mendoza’s lawyer has since confirmed to reporters that she is the victim of the criminal case, shedding new light on details of the prolonged, toxic entanglement between the streamer and the young aspiring influencer.
The pair met online when Mendoza was just 16, and Peters promised to make her “the female face of looksmaxxing,” she claimed in the civil suit.
Eventually the closeted faggot and pedophile enticed her to his family’s mansion in tony Chatham, Massachusetts — valued at more than $3 million according to online records — with the prospect of a livestream collaboration, she told police in a report obtained Tuesday by the Miami New Times.
Peters took her up to his bedroom with a “window overlooking the water,” where he cajoled her into taking shots that were “more so like cups” full of vodka, the young woman told police.
The boozing happened with his mom and grandmother in the house, and Peters livestreamed it on Twitch — ordering Mendoza to tell viewers she was really 18, and that the vodka was really water, to get around the platform’s rules, she claimed.
She had “like two, three shots, but it was like not really shots, it was more so like cups,” she told police, adding that she was a “lightweight” who quickly found herself too inebriated to make rational choices.
Clips from the stream show the pair discussing if Mendoza seemed drunk, the child rapist getting her to kiss him, and him going shirtless, the criminal complaint states.
By the time the stream ended, she was “really drunk,” and Peters took her into the bedroom for sex, “throwing me in different positions,” she claimed — adding that she never gave verbal consent.
The legal age of consent in Massachusetts is 16, and people can give consent while drunk, but not if they’re “incapacitated” — which includes being too drunk to make decisions.
Mendoza woke up the next morning to Peters on top of her, having sex with her again, and was too shocked and terrified to fight back or even tell anyone about the incident later, she told police.
“I was just like getting fucked when I woke up,” the teen said, according to the report.
But the the sissy-looking streamer’s alleged exploitation of Mendoza — who goes by Alorah Ziva online — didn’t stop with the Cape Cod assault.
Around six months after the Cape Cod incident, Mendoza bumped into Peters in Miami, where he talked her and her friends into going back to his place for a live stream, according to the civil lawsuit obtained by WIRED.
She claimed she went along with it because it would be good for her career and she felt safe among friends, but Peters eventually coerced her into letting him inject her cheeks with a fat-dissolving chemical on camera, which she believed was laced with methamphetamine, according to the lawsuit.
The amateur injections left her with holes in her cheeks, and at “the time of the injection, Peters knew that Mendoza was a minor as he commented online, ‘she’s still a minor. I’m 19 you [expletive],” the suit reads.
Mendoza kept working with Peters for months, but when she finally got her big break at the start of 2026— in the form of a $15,000 per month sponsorship — Peters used his “enormous following and popularity online” to discredit her and sink the deal, the suit alleges.
That’s when Mendoza began hurling litigation. She filed the civil suit in April, formally accusing Peters of battery, fraud, and unauthorized use of her likeness after the Miami face injection incident.
On June 4, she reported the May 2025 sexual assault to Chatham police — leading to criminal charges being filed against Peters earlier this month. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the rape charge.
Peters didn’t directly address the allegations in the criminal case, but took to X Monday night and blasted the April suit filed by Mendoza, claiming she was after his money.
“Trying to get my attention in anyway [sic] possible, a lawsuit? Seriously … really petty of you,” Peters said in the post.
Peters’ lawyer filed a motion to dismiss several counts of the civil lawsuit in July.
A representative for the influencer claimed in a statement to TMZ that Mendoza added the sexual assault count to the lawsuit months after it was initially filed.
The rep also said Peters was more than able to refute Mendoza’s claims, and that the criminal case was later filed when “[s]he and her lawyer then go to police.”
Peters’ attorney didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
Mendoza’s attorney Andrew Moss declined reporters’ request for comment, other than to confirm that she is the victim in the criminal charges against the streamer.
