A Prairieville white female accused of having sexual intercourse with a teenager is awaiting sentencing after pleading no contest to the charges.
According to District Attorney Ricky Babin’s office, Leeann Yammarino, 44, pleaded no contest to two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
The charges stem from an investigation that officials say started when a 15-year-old male told detectives that he and Yammarino engaged in sexual intercourse.
According to officials, detectives also later learned during the investigation that the female pedophile also sent lewd images and videos to the victim and three separate males between the ages of 14-16.
Yammarino was arrested in August of 2024.
