A former Wichita police officer has lost his certification after being convicted of sexually abusing children.

Brock England was a full-time law enforcement officer with WPD from December 30, 2019, to July 25, 2023, according to the Kansas Commission on Peace Officers’ Standards and Training, also known as KS-CPOST.

The pedophile was convicted in Garfield County in March 2025 of sex abuse of a child under the age of 12 and two counts of lewd molestation, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

The OSBI began to investigate allegations of sexual misconduct in October 2022 following a request from the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office in Enid. During their investigation, they identified 34-year-old England as the suspect, who was an officer for both the Wichita and Enid police departments from 2014 to 2022.

In Wichita, the sex criminal had been assigned to the field services division and was placed on administrative leave following his arrest in March 2023.

The OSBI said agents determined that the sex terrorist committed multiple child sex crimes in Oklahoma and Kansas, some of which were during his time as an officer.

According to the Garfield County District Attorney, evidence presented at trial showed that this white devil victimized three young children outside of Bison, Oklahoma over the course of several years. Some of the victims also described having been sexually assaulted by this hairy monster in Kansas.

The DA says evidence showed that England would groom the victims and would gain their trust and the trust of their families. Some of the victims did not even know each other but gave consistent accounts describing the grooming tactics utilized by England.

The commission said it revoked England’s officer certification on January 14, 2026, because of the felony conviction and failure to maintain good moral character.

The white brute will not be eligible for early release or parole consideration for at least 68 years.
