A white male form Milton faces multiple charges, accused of having sexual contact with a child less than 17 years old.
On June 17th, 2023, at around 6:40 AM, the Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Adirondack Circle in the Town of Wilton for a reported sex offense. The investigation revealed that Timothy N. Perkins Jr., 35, had sexual contact with a child less than 17 years old known to him.
The pedophile was located, arrested, and was arraigned in the Wilton Town Court in front of Judge Coseo, charged with Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree (B Felony), Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (D Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Misdemeanor).
The sex criminal was remanded to the custody of Saratoga County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 cash bail/$150,000 bond.
