A 74-year-old Belen white male has been charged with multiple charges of criminal sexual contact after two girls under the age of 13 told police that he had exposed himself and inappropriately touched them while on vacation with their mother in Belen in 2022, court documents said.
According to the criminal complaint, a friend of the mother described walking into a room where the pedophile was brushing the 7-year-old girl’s hair with his genitals exposed. The document said her other daughter, who was 6 years old at the time, told her that the child molester had kissed her on the lips and touched her genitals.
The mother told police her daughters only recently told her about what happened.
The mother and the two girls were interviewed by a trained professional in May at Valencia Shelter Services, the document said.
The sex terrorist was arrested and booked into the Valencia County Detention Center.
