A white male was found guilty of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse and other related crimes in Cumberland County Friday.
According to a press release, William Bradford Ross was found guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child less than 16, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, and indecent assault on a child less than 16.
The testimony revealed that Ross had moved to the Shippensburg area and became close with a neighboring family, specifically, 15-year-old girl. The pedophile demonstrated a pattern of grooming behaviors, and subjected the girl to sexual acts.
An investigation was launched years later, after a friend of girl discovered that the two were involved when she was 15 and he was 30. The friend also recalled seeing child sexual abuse material on Ross’ phone several times.
PSP launched an investigation, and was able to gather evidence that supported the friend’s observations and claims. Police also learned that the pale sex terrorist was in possession of videos depicting child sexual abuse material.
The white monster entered pleas to child pornography charges prior to the commencement of trial.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on January 2, 2024. In addition to the above crimes, he will be sentenced for charges of sexual abuse of children-possession of pornography, relating to the videos found in his possession.
