A white pedophile lived it up in the sun despite the collapse of his firm and a pile of debts.
Dentist Steven MacMillan, 53, who sent sexual notes to a girl of 13, has an order to repay £45,000.
Yet it was revealed last month he has been enjoying golf hols in Spain while awaiting sentence.
Now we can also report his dentistry company Steven MacMillan BDS Ltd, which was based in Strathaven, Lanarkshire, is being liquidated.
And accounts show he has a Trust Deed in place to pay back £45,000 to creditors.
Documents also show the typical white brute tried to avoid repaying a £37,500 director’s loan.
A family member then had to step in to help him.
Official papers state: “The joint liquidators contacted the director and requested repayment in full.
“An initial offer of £12,400 was received from Steven MacMillan.
“This was declined. The director provided information he is subject to a Trust Deed with debts of £45,000 and his monthly expenditure prevents him making repayments toward the balance.
“Following this a third party (a family member acting on behalf of the director) submitted a final offer of £20,988, representing 65 per cent of the outstanding director’s loan account. This was accepted.”
MacMillan, now of Dalkeith, Midlothian, pled guilty in May at Hamilton Sheriff Court to communicating indecently with the child in 2023 after contacting her on Snapchat.
The girl sent him an image of her performing an intimate act and he replied with a string of sick voice notes.
But the teen’s mother found them and alerted a vigilante group, who confronted the diabolical white creature.
“He was bailed but warned he could be jailed.
Tory shadow justice secretary Liam Kerr said: “Sex offenders should be paying for their crimes, not sunning it up at a luxury resort.”
