A white male from Canada has been arrested in connection with a massive sex crime network that involved creeps drugging then sexually abusing their wives on film.

Bryan Hayward, 36, of Hamilton, Ontario, was taken into custody last week after an investigation uncovered an online profile that included video footage of the drugging and raping of at least five women, CTV News reported.

Hayward’s nefarious activities were uncovered by a journalist who posed as a sadistic husband who wanted to abuse his wife.

The sick discovery prompted a deeper probe into Hayward’s role in the widespread operation, where thousands of men secretly drug their partners and share videos of the sexual assaults globally.

On Friday, Hayward was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting ‘unsuspecting’ women along with several other criminal offenses, the Hamilton Police Department said in a press release.

‘Hayward may have contacted his victims through online dating sites,’ the department wrote.

‘Hamilton Police believe there may be additional victims, including individuals who may not yet realize they have been affected.’

Hayward’s crimes came to light through an investigation by W5 – a documentary program produced by CTV News – which infiltrated the network over the course of several months.

While embedded within the secretive criminal network, Avery Haines, an investigative journalist with CTV, posed online as a creep husband.

Hayward’s online profile was uncovered during Haines’ investigation, where he was alleged to have uploaded footage showing the drugging and raping of at least five women.

Hamilton police were promptly alerted to the potential crimes, leading to a secondary investigation by the department.

Authorities raided the rapist’s home on Friday and seized various items, including electronic devices and drugs believed to have been used to incapacitate his victims in order to carry out the sickening crimes.

Police are currently analyzing the electronic devices to determine the extent of the diabolical crimes, including identifying any other victims and uncovering additional women featured in the videos shared online, according to the press release.

Hayward was ultimately charged with sexual assault, administering a noxious substance, voyeurism, distribution of intimate images, assault with a weapon, operating a motor vehicle while prohibited, and two counts of failure to comply with probation.

Additionally, the 36-year-old contracting business owner was charged with possession of methamphetamine, two schedule I substances – GHB and Hydromorphone – and an IV substance, clonazepam.

On Tuesday, Hayward made a brief appearance in Hamilton court, where his hearing was postponed until Wednesday.

Investigators are now urging anyone who has had any interactions with Hayward to contact Hamilton Police, as they believe there are additional victims – including those who may not yet realize they were abused.

‘Investigators are urging anyone who has had any form of relationship or interaction with Hayward to contact police, as they may have information that could assist with the ongoing investigation,’ they wrote in the press release.

Individuals who wish to report an interaction are told to contact Detective Curtis Patton of the Sex Crimes Unit at 905-540-5545 or the Sex Crimes Unit non-emergency line at 905-540-5553.

Hayward is described as a white male with a medium-build, standing 5’10” tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He has brown hair and an amputation on his left hand.

‘We want all survivors of sexual violence to know that we believe them and we will respect their choice when and how they report the incident,’ the department wrote in the press release.

Hayward’s arrest and the discovery of his role in the network drew eerie comparisons to France’s most notorious sex crime case involving Gisele Pelicot, a 72-year-old grandmother who was raped by dozens of men in attacks orchestrated by her own white husband.

The months-long trial of Gisele’s case finally concluded in December of last year.

Dominique Pelicot

Dominique Pelicot, 72 –  known as the Monster of Avignon – drugged, raped and organized the repeated rape and sexual abuse of his now-ex-wife Gisele by dozens of other men.

He ultimately confessed to orchestrating the sick rape ring in which he used an online chat room to source a slew of ‘recruits’ to take part in his twisted fantasies.

Once an appropriate accomplice had been vetted and primed, Dominique would drug his wife with powerful tranquilizers and invite the stranger to their family home to defile the paralyzed, snoring victim for the camera.

Police ultimately uncovered more than 20,000 photos and images of Gisele being sexually assaulted by a total of 72 strangers – 50 of whom have been identified – as she laid comatose in bed.

It was from those officers in 2020 – almost a decade after her torturous ordeal began in 2011 – that Gisele learned the dark truth.

For years she had witnessed her health deteriorating – her worsening memory loss leading her to believe she was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease – while she battled what seemed to be a growing abundance of gynecological problems.

Dominique along with 50 other men were found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting Gisele over the course of a decade – all at the behest of her husband.

During sentencing, Gisele held her head high as she heard and watched films taken by her husband of 50 years in which she was abused some 200 times by strangers he had invited into their home

The court found 47 of the defendants guilty of rape, two guilty of attempted rape and two guilty of sexual assault. The 51 men faced a combined sentence of 600 years.
