A cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in March has led to several individuals being arrested months later for multiple felonies involving children, drugs and animals.

According to the Invictus Task Force, the tip led to an investigation and the execution of a search warrant on Thursday. Investigators said an initial suspect named in the investigation was Keith Brennan Adams, 22, of Lexington.

Court records from Davidson County revealed that Adams faces charges stemming from what investigators said was being in possession of graphic material involving children, exposing a 3-year-old child to marijuana and the animal abuse of two dogs and a cat.

The Invictus Task Force arrested seven people in total, including Adams, and they are being charged with the following:

Keith Brennan Adams – One count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of felony exposing a child to a controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor child abuse, two counts of felony cruelty to an animal, four counts of misdemeanor instigating of cruelty to animals and two counts of rabies vaccination violations. Adams was not authorized a bond.

Cody Phillips – Two counts of felony cruelty to an animal, four counts of misdemeanor instigating of cruelty to animals and two counts of rabies vaccination violations. Phillips was given a $2,500 secured bond.

Bobby Owens – Two counts of felony cruelty to an animal, four counts of misdemeanor instigating of cruelty to animals and two counts of rabies vaccination violations. Owens was given a $2,500 secured bond.

Teresa Graham – Two counts of felony cruelty to an animal, four counts of misdemeanor instigating of cruelty to animals and two counts of rabies vaccination violations. Graham was given a $2,500 secured bond.

David Owens – One count of felony failure to register an online identifier, two counts of felony cruelty to an animal, four counts of misdemeanor instigating of cruelty to animals and two counts of rabies vaccination violations. Owens was given a $2,500 secured bond.

Bella Azlyn Conrad – One count of felony exposing a child to a controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor child abuse, two counts of felony cruelty to an animal, four counts of misdemeanor instigating of cruelty to animals and two counts of rabies vaccination violations. Conrad was given a $5,000 bond.

April Owens – One count of felony exposing a child to a controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor child abuse, two counts of felony cruelty to an animal, four counts of misdemeanor instigating of cruelty to animals and two counts of rabies vaccination violations. Owens was given a $5,000 bond.
