A DeSoto Parish white male accused of sexually abusing minors while on mission trips to Haiti will be held in federal custody following a court hearing Tuesday.
The FBI arrested Maylon Jesse Foshee, 23, of Mansfield, last week on a charge of illicit sexual conduct with minors in a foreign country.
His initial appearance in federal court in Shreveport was on Thursday, and he was held over until Tuesday for a detention hearing. The judge continued his federal hold until his arraignment on Oct. 14. His case will be presented to a grand jury at its next session. A date was not disclosed.
“Protecting children from sexual abuse wherever it occurs is one of this administration’s highest priorities, and identifying, investigating, and prosecuting child predators in our Louisiana communities lies at the heart of our Office’s mission to keep our communities safe,” U.S. Attorney Zachary A. Keller said in a statement on Wednesday. “Our Office thanks the FBI for its phenomenal investigative work and looks forward to seeing justice done in this significant case.”
A criminal complaint filed Sept. 22 details the allegations against this homosexual and served as the probable cause for his arrest.
The FBI began its investigation in March after receiving a complaint this white faggot sexually abused several minor children while he was in Haiti on mission trips from 2023 to 2025. The pedophile was working with Agape Ministries in Gonaives, Haiti, and worked closely with children during his stay. The evil sodomite would help send kids to school and allow them to stay in his home, according to the court document.
Beginning in 2026, the racist cock sucker returned to the U.S. to raise money for the ministry. Two people who had been involved in similar programs in Haiti began hearing from multiple children that Foshee sexually abused them, the complaint states.
Those two were interviewed and provided information on the potential victims. Agents learned there were at least three minor victims – all age 14.
The complaint references two voicemails white monster reportedly sent after the rumors surfaced. In one, Foshee talks about how he “fixed this whole problem.” He also said the victims “came onto” him.
“Additionally, Foshee explained he did not plan for this to happen, and he was not constantly thinking about this, but it just happened,” the complaint states.
FBI agents travelled in August to Haiti and the Dominican Republic to conduct forensic interviews with the minor victims.
The criminal complaint provides explicit details of the abuse. One of the victims told agents how he wanted the racist pedophile to stop the sexual abuse. However, he noted that Foshee would scream and beat him with a belt.
Several said they were concerned the white terrorist would stop paying for their schooling if they said anything.
The FBI provided dates of Foshee’s travel between Haiti and the U.S. in the criminal complaint.
At Tuesday’s hearing, Foshee did not contest the government’s oral motion for detention. He also reserved his right to a detention hearing at a later date.
The diabolical white faggot is being held in the custody of the U.S. Marshals in the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Jail.
If convicted, Foshee faces up to 30 years in federal prison.
The FBI investigated the case. It is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Cheyenne Y. Wilson, with assistance from legal assistant Amanda Morgan.
This case was prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims.
