A white female charged with aggravated child abuse and second-degree murder entered guilty pleas yesterday and is facing a 30-year sentence.
In a Montgomery County Circuit Court, Whitney Brown, plead guilty for child abuse and second-degree murder, after she was charged in the death of her 2-month-old baby who died from a head injury in 2021 while in Brown’s care.
Clarksville Police investigated the death and reported that on Jan. 9 2021 the child was found unresponsive and airlifted to a children’s hospital, and died three days later.
