A 65-year-old homosexual white male is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy in Oakville in November.
Halton police said they began their investigation on Thursday into incidents of sexual assault.
In a news release on Friday, police said they arrested Darrell Baudoux of New Tecumseth.
He has been charged with three counts of sexual assault, three counts of sexual interference and one count of failure to comply with an undertaking.
“Of note, Baudoux was on a prior form of release for similar offenses at the time of his arrest,” police said.
They added that he has had previous contact with children as a youth leader.
“Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims,” police said.
