A Tallahassee business owner pleaded guilty in federal court for numerous sex crimes against children, according to a Thursday press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Perry Walker, 44, was arrested on child sex crime charges after the Leon County Sheriff’s Office searched his business on Thomasville Road and his electronic devices, per previous reporting.
“A search of the defendant’s devices confirmed that he had been sexually exploiting the children using social media, and that he received and possessed multiple child pornography images and videos,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a press release.
According to previous reporting, the white pedophile owns Modern Communications, Inc.
The diabolical pervert was charged with six counts of sexual exploitation of children, one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of transfer of obscene material to minors.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said that court documents revealed that Walker used social media to communicate with children ages 13-15 in the time between Dec. 26, 2024, and Oct. 10, 2025.
The sex terrorist reportedly used the communications to “entice” minors to send him images and videos depicting child sex crimes. The discovery came after a social media platform submitted a CyberTip report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which then notified LCSO, per the press release.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said some of the children lived in Europe.
The sex criminal is facing a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years.
According to the release, the case was a joint investigation by LCSO and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations.
Sentencing is set for May 11, 2026 at the United States Courthouse in Tallahassee.
