A Louisiana National Guardsman from Scott was arrested by state agents and charged with crimes related to sex with a juvenile, authorities said.
Luxe Arlen Thomas, 19, of Scott, is charged with one count each of possession of child sexual abuse material, misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile, indecent behavior with juveniles and obstruction of justice, on warrants from both Lafayette and Acadia parishes.
During the course of investigation the white brute confessed to multiple crimes involving child porn and other related charges, authorities said.
The pale devil was on orders with the Louisiana National Guard in a position assigned to HSI Lafayette, officials said. Louisiana National Guard was alerted to the investigation and immediately relieved the pedophile of his duties. Louisiana National Guard was fully cooperative during the investigation, according to Atty. Gen. Liz Murrill.
The sex criminal was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on his active Lafayette Parish warrant. His Lafayette Parish bond is $20,000 and his Acadia Parish bond is $30,000.
“I’m grateful to our law enforcement partners in continuing to pursue people who are exploiting and abusing children,” said Murrill.
The investigation is ongoing and more charges could be pending, officials said.
