A North Webster white male was arrested Thursday on charges of rape and sexual misconduct with a minor, according to reports.
33-year-old Austin Dickerson was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on allegations of rape when the victim has verbally or otherwise refused and sexual misconduct with a minor.
The charges stem from a report made to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office earlier this month about a minor being sexually assaulted at the pedophile’s home in North Webster.
According to charging documents, the minor told investigators she went to Dickerson’s home, where the brute took her cell phone and repeatedly told her to be a “good girl” and that she was safe.
The probable cause affidavit alleges Dickerson provided the minor multiple alcoholic drinks and made sexual advances. Court documents state the minor told the child molester to stop and attempted to resist, and that she later blacked out and fell asleep.
The minor later awoke and discovered she had vomited on her clothes, according to court documents. The affidavit states the child rapist later returned her phone, asked what she remembered and thanked her for the night before.
According to the Times-Union, a preliminary bond for Dickerson was set at $50,000 surety and $500 cash. The judge also issued a no-contact order between Dickerson and the victim.
