Three white males were accused of sexually assaulting their female classmate inside of a minivan at a graduation party.
According to a statement issued by the DuPage County State’s Attorney Office, the following pale degenerates have been accused of sexually assaulting a female classmate in a minivan at a graduation party in Roselle, Illinois:
- Kevin Niemiec (18)
- Zachary Mascolo (18)
- Jon Clary II (18)
The incident occurred between June 14 and June 15, 2025, during a Saint Viator High School graduation celebration.
Law enforcement was alerted to an assault on June 15, and it was claimed that the three rapists and the victim were inside of a minivan at the time. At some point, the victim reportedly went to a friend, who contacted her sister, which ultimately led to her parents taking her to an area hospital for medical attention.
Arrest warrants were issued for the three sex terrorists on December 17. Mascolo was arrested on December 21, and the other suspects surrendered the following day.
The suspects were hit with the following charges, according to authorities:
– Kevin Niemiec
- Criminal sexual assault (felony/three counts)
– Zachary Mascolo
- Criminal sexual assault (felony/two counts)
– Jon Clary II
- Criminal sexual assault (felony/two counts)
“It is alleged that Mr. Clary, Mr. Mascolo and Mr. Niemiec violated the victim in the worst possible way and inflicted a lasting harm on a young woman. It is my sincerest hope that the victim and her family receive the care they require and deserve to help them cope with this horrific event. I commend the victim in this case for her courage and strength in bringing this matter to our attention,” authorities wrote.
Niemiec’s next court appearance is scheduled for January 12, 2026, while Mascolo and Clary are due in court on Jan. 27, 2026. They were released on pre-trial conditions, including no contact with the victim or her family and abstaining from alcohol.
