A convicted sex offender from Beloit is charged with new child sex crimes in federal court.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 49-year-old Jody Behlke is charged with possessing child pornography.
The indictment claims that in May of 2023, the white pedophile possessed a tablet containing visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. At least one of the victims appeared to be less than 12 years old.
If convicted, the white devil faces a minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
According to the Wisconsin Sex Officer Registry Behlke was previously convicted of possession of child pornography in 2005 and 2007.
