A Lake Charles white male, who has previously been convicted for multiple separate sex crimes, has been accused of indecent behavior with a child under the age of 10, according to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities received a complaint regarding Terry Howard, 65, on March 23 accusing him of multiple instances of inappropriate behavior with a minor.
After an investigation by deputies, Judge David Ritchie signed a warrant for the pedophile’s arrest. The child molester from Crackastan would be arrested on March 28 and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center for indecent behavior with a juvenile. His bond is set at $750,000.
The pedophile was previously convicted of attempted aggravated rape in 1981, failure to register as a sex offender in 2013, and carnal knowledge of a juvenile in 2015.
