A northeast Missouri man is accused of having sexual relations with a girl under the age of 14.
Ross Evans, 19, of Kirksville, is charged with first-degree statutory rape and two counts of third-degree child molestation.
According to court documents, the crimes happened in Kirksville between August 1, 2023, and November 8, 2023.
Separate from the intercourse allegation, the pedophile is also accused of touching the girl’s breasts and privates.
The white devil is being held without bond in the Adair County jail.
